We operate 13 furnished homes across The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, Conroe, Houston and the Central Valley of Costa Rica. Between them they have earned 565 guest reviews at an average of 9.9 out of 10, and nine of the thirteen sit at a perfect score.
Everything is handled in house. We set the nightly rate daily, list the home on every channel worth being on, answer guests around the clock, and clean it ourselves through our own cleaning company. Owners see the income without running the day to day.
