Yes. We take placements from adjusters, relocation coordinators and restoration contractors, and can bill directly with the documentation your file requires. Quotes are returned the same day.

What is the minimum stay for insurance housing?

We quote monthly schedules from thirty nights and weekly rates from seven, so we can cover a short repair as well as a full rebuild.

Are utilities and furnishings included?

Yes. Every home is fully furnished with linens, kitchenware and laundry, and Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the rate. Guests arrive with a suitcase.

Can a stay be extended if repairs run over?

Usually yes. We manage cleaning and maintenance in house, so extending is normally a phone call rather than moving the family a second time. Tell us as early as you can and we will hold the home.

Do stays over 30 nights avoid hotel tax?

Stays of thirty consecutive nights or more are generally exempt from Texas hotel occupancy tax. Confirm the treatment for your specific placement with your own tax advisor.

Built for placements, not vacations

When a family is displaced by fire or water damage, the last thing they need is a hotel room for six weeks. We place them in a whole house with their own kitchen, laundry and yard, in the school district they already live in where we can.

We do a substantial share of our business this way, and the process is deliberately simple: tell us the dates, the household size and the area, and you get a firm quote the same day.

We invoice adjusters and relocation coordinators directly, with the documentation your file needs.

Extensions handled
